Im thinking of cutting the pipes just right after the muffler, under the truck..will have no tips! Is this a good idea, will it pass emissions..im confused!! Any help??? Some have said it got rid of the drone sound at highway speeds. As for passing emissions, I don't see why not, it's only 3" tubing from the muffler back, nothing special.
