ssfromsd
I have been gettin a warning on my drivers info when i start the truck that says "service ride controll" First off the truck seems to be fine and normal in every driving aspect. And isnt that kinda a vague warning? Any ideas of what it means and how i can make it stop?
Kim
In the owners manual it says this.... If a problem occurs with the suspension system, this message will appear on the DIC. If this message appears, stop and turn off the vehicle. Restart the vehicle and check for the message on the DIC display. If the message is still displayed, or appears again when you begin driving, the air suspension system needs service.

tawss04
Only the GM suv's have a active ride control system that I'm aware of. Sounds like the body control module is freaking out.
DRSS05
Have you guys ever had an "Engine power loss" message come on? It came on a while ago when I was stuck in traffic, and the engine kinda wigged out on me. It seemed like I was running out of gas,but I had a full tank and I had to pull over. Hit the Onstar and they directed me to the nearest dealer, but once there, they tuned it off and the truck was running fine. No problems since then.
