JaySS
so i was thinking of pulling off the brake ducts on the front bumper and painting them black. has anyone tried taking them off? is it difficult? what type of paint works best on the plastic? thanks ! fox_forma
There are 3 little screws on the inside behind the bumper that you have to undo and they will come right off. Just tape em up and spray em with krylon fusion paint. Its meant for plastic
n2opwr
I've painted mine. They come off fairly easy. You will need to drill out the plastic rivets that hold the grills in so you can paint everything evenly. I'm sure you can buy new rivets to reinstall the grills, but I used nuts, blots and washers to reinstall mine. The only thing I would do any differently would use a better paint. I used some generic paint that I already had and I would use plasti-kote next time around. http://www.plastikote.com
