bgdsub72
the ford didn't even spin the tires... I think it is staged.
nixsupersport
oh well staged or not the chevy won
PladdPezzPunk
not staged, the ford was the one spinning the tires. The extended cabs don't have lockers. the chevy has more power, more torque, lower gearset, and lockers. It will win all day. What i'm saying is it isn't even close to a fair fight. artval
We had something similar to that when some of my co-workers and i had a little get-together here at my house. It was about five in the morning, my friends lined up their trucks (ford deisel/chevy deisel). Tied them with a chain and off we go. the chevy pulled the ford two out of three times before my wife came outside and kicked everyone out. Surprisingly, cops never showed up. If it breaks its going to ruin someones day.
PladdPezzPunk
watch out for the straps too. i had one almost kill me go through the winshield and absolutly destroy the hood on my jeep pulling someone else out when it broke. kaotik1
I'd rather a strap than a chain come at me. Also all my offroad straps have no metal what so ever on them. One is actually chute binding.

WI_Dave
I've done that before. its great. I had a 77 chevy 2wheel drive w/glasspacks and we strapped to an early 80's 2x4 ford in front of my buddies house. I pulled the ford to the corner. Between the tires spinning and the exhaust roar the neightbors were pissed. Then one of the neighbors came over and bought my truck on the spot.
