OK, First track run, stock SS

Tawss04 is running 14.80 off the bottle which is about where I think I am right now 14.80-15.00 based on my 1/8 run at 9.48. He then ran a 12.91 on the bottle, with only e-fans, 160 t-stat, tune, 125 shot. I haven't seen him mention anything about a stall, shift kit, exhaust, cam, etc. I think some 12's is definately do-able with what I will have. Anybody agree?

Juse, you have to remember that your in Vegas. The sea level is much higher than everyone else, so our times are going to be about a second slower. That doesn't mean your truck isn't fast stock. If anybody from another state were to come here with the set up they have, they would be slower too.

Check this out, this is a llist of conversion factors for quarter mile times by elevation. I believe that our elevation is about 2200 feet.

mult ur time by .9744 and youll be in the 15.5 range stock at sea level. Thats really not that bad. My stock time up here was 16.48 now my best was a 15.50 which is good for 14's if my calcs are correct.

60=2.19

1/8=10.03

1/4=15.50 (with conservative 2-3 shifting at 5500 rpm)
