GEAR M UP
Anyone with Corsa exhaust, does your pipe going into muffler hang low? Is this normal?
marc_w
I had a Corsa on my Avalanche... The muffler itself hung a little too low for my liking. It was a good 3+ inches lower than the factory muffler location. If you ducked down, you could see it hanging below the frame rail. I asked around, and it sounded like the norm for these. The back end of those things are pretty high, so I didn't have any issues with it. If the SS was like this, I'd be a little worried on speed bumps and what-not. It might be helpfull to give them a call. I had a buzzing issue with my muffler, and was real reluctant to call, due to problems I've had in the past with other companies. To my surprise, they sent me out a new muffler at no cost to me. I was told the one I had was probably an earlier production unit. They may not be aware of an issue like this, and might give a real honest attempt at helping or replacing parts.

JI's SS
Just noticed your post and my pipe also hangs a little low. It is almost three inches below the frame rail but is still a little over 9" above the ground.
