04silveradoclone07ss Posted January 23, 2007 Author Report Share Posted January 23, 2007 it kind of werid to explain. i took it apart yesterday and this is what it looks like to me. on the stock light there is like a oval part were the bulbs fit in. and this part slides into the opening into the cab. on the new one this oval part is bigger and doesnt fall into the cab opening. it sticks out a little, it is sealed though just doesnt fit the contour to well. what i am planning to do is grind down the opeing and making it fit better.
