FwyFlyr Posted March 9, 2007 Report Share Posted March 9, 2007 Just got 2 tickets...1 for no front plate, the other for tint. it's only 75. so i'll leave the tint and pay the fine...but I guess I will put the front plate on and get that dropped. What's interesting is i don't know how it is in your state, but here in FL, window tints are considered a secondary offense. Meaning, they can't pull you over for just window tints, they may only ticket you for tints if they initially pulled you over for a primary (1st order) offense such as speeding, running a red light, failure to stop at stop sign etc. ES Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
