ZZebes Posted March 17, 2007 Report Share Posted March 17, 2007 Ok well i am gonna buy a set of dynatech supermax headers BUT i want to know if the 6.0 System will fit my 5.3L i dont see why they wouldnt but i want to switch my exhaust to a dual in dual out Magnaflow to eliminate the Y-pipe in the factory system. and then i can transfer them to the new motor later. will this work or am i asking for problems Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

thomp62301 Posted March 18, 2007 Report Share Posted March 18, 2007 they will fit. the only thing that is different on the exhaust is the 6.0 has a dual setup back to the muffler. the 5.3 has a dual that y's to single setup to the muffler. so if you change the cat back system to a 6.0 it'll bolt right up.
