I have my service airbag warning (passenger seat has been removed), my check washer fluid (I drained it on purpose), and other random thingys every now and then and I'm tired of looking at them! My truck is just a racer now so I don't need all of the bells and whistles. Also, the horrible door chime...is there any way to cut a wire or something and get rid of that without effecting anything else? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Jond983 Posted April 26, 2007 Report Share Posted April 26, 2007 i can help with the door chime, on your radio it doesn't matter if it's 6 disk or not, press and hold down the #6 until it says low chime, i think you have to press it down again for it to say no chime...try that and see Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Big O Posted April 26, 2007 Report Share Posted April 26, 2007 Maybe take out your speakers ... weight savings and no more chime There is always the infamous 'tape over the gauge' mod to fix the annoying DIC announcements.
