crf250rider Posted May 9, 2007 Report Posted May 9, 2007 I was just wondering what people thought about lambo doors? I was thinking about getting them... Does anybody know a place around Houston, TX that can do that? Quote
04silveradoclone07ss Posted May 9, 2007 Report Posted May 9, 2007 they look nice, but if its a daily driver you will replacing the shocks in the door very very often. a shop we use at work does them and say withing a couple months they are repairing them. Quote
kaotik1 Posted May 9, 2007 Report Posted May 9, 2007 HOOKIE, and RICER!!! There is another member here with them, just forget who it is... I don't think they look good at all. Quote
Chevrolet SS Posted May 9, 2007 Report Posted May 9, 2007 I dont like them on our trucks, trucks have to tall and narrow of a door I think they usually look good on longer doors and doors with out a window seal like an eclipse Quote
brobradh77 Posted May 9, 2007 Report Posted May 9, 2007 I don't think I am feeling that at all kinda ricey for my taste Quote

gs430 Posted May 9, 2007 Report Posted May 9, 2007 Lambo doors are great for car shows. But for every day not the best thing in the world. That mod helped me a few local shows.I have the vertical doors kit.I had them installed back in 04.Things I don't like the wind noise! At 60mph it's loud at 100mph you can't hear any thing LOL.But thats where a 3kw system for. zanis520 Posted May 9, 2007 Report Posted May 9, 2007 please dont please pretty pretty please? if u do, maybe you could put a ram daytona wing on the back too Quote
pimp ss Posted May 9, 2007 Report Posted May 9, 2007 i want to forward tilt my hood and have a big ss painted on the bottom side but i dont want to do it until i can get a fiberglass hood so the bottom will be smooth Quote
2006SilverSS Posted May 9, 2007 Report Posted May 9, 2007 in my opinion, lambo doors don't belong on trucks. Quote
detjoe Posted May 9, 2007 Report Posted May 9, 2007 you wont be the first ss with them! The hinges are welded to the cab so it is not easy to reverse. When they were on little cars, I could see opening them up and trying to take off, but on the SSS we would need wings as big as football fields to get this truck to fly Quote
Hankg42 Posted May 9, 2007 Report Posted May 9, 2007 I don't like them, period. Well, maybe on a Lambo... Quote
