What A Bad Day

First off, glad you and your passenger are ok. Second, I hope GM does the right thing, and I hope this doesn't leave a sour taste towards GM. These kind of things can/do happen to all makes of vehicles. As bad as it sucks it's probably an isolated incident, and hopefully you'll get taken care of.

It's weird that they could fix the problem, though.

Thanks guys, I went to the dealer to get some of my stuff, the REP was down there, said I will either be put in a 08 Tb SS, or they will buy me out. Im hoping they will buy me out, not to sure i want another TB SS after this happened, but i will see. GM should be calling me any minute now, ill see what goes on with that convo. And no, when i tapped the breaks, the breaks didn't respond at all, and i didnt think of putting it into N, or using the E-brakes..To much panic...Anyway, i took a few items out of the SS, Like factory Nav disc if any needs it..

More updates will follow..

Not sure if I said this, but the front axle is bent, and the frame is bent, the dealer told me this today, so i will def not be getting this back.

I was with you until the brakes going out. With fly by wire I could see some weird stuff happening, but I don't see the brakes being a related problem. Was the LS2 a little too much for brakes, like they really worked they just couldn't stop the truck?

15K in damage, Dayumm..

Just a very minor update..GM has 2 weeks to decide if they want to buy this truck back, if they want to buy i back then to court we go which could take up to 1 year. Hopefully either way I wont be getting this back, and in place of it ill have a 2008 BMW 335i Coupe, Black with red interior fully loaded.

Hey, Atleast ill still have a Reg TB sitting in my driveway.

from all the problems i've heard about the trailblazer ss and the regular trailblazers from friends and the forums, i wouldn't ever consider one..

they look nice, but seem to be very troublesome for a lot of buyers.
