Black2003SS
I run a 3.25" and see max boost around 5-6psi...5.5psi? I'm expecting 7-8psi with the 2.9" I'm putting on later this week. Zippy has a boost "range" thread in his area of the forum you might want to check out. Of course, having headers, cam, etc can change boost expectations. riddle
yea im running the 2.8 and its right at 9 psi....once u had heads and cam it drops it though, correct..? Boost Is a measure of restriction, so yes. the more You make your engine flow u will lose boost psi.(remember you will still be making more power cause you are just using more of that un-used air. Unless that boost is being lost out the exhaust valve from excessive camshaft overlap.
