My buddy has an Evo 9 and has recently added a turbo upgrade, cams, and meth. He was already running high 11's with his other mods. He made 537hp, 410tq to the ground at 27psi boost. It is the highest hp Evo on a stock bottom end in the country. He is planning on rod bolts and possibly studding the head. He is expecting mid 10's if he can get decent traction. He doesn't want to hook really well because it will probably start breaking stuff. I will repost when we have some numbers. That is pretty impressive stuff for a 4 banger, I don't care what it is.
