I've got an '03 Monte Carlo right now that I've mod'ed but just hasn't been cutting it since I bought it. College kids just are poor though and can't afford it all though haha. Anyways I'm gonna be on this site hearin what all you guys (and girls if there are any) have to say about the SS and how to build it up. If any of you have a blue or red SS for sale lemme know! I'm movin down to Baltimore in Feb. I put an album up titled "Nick's Toys," I'll get the pics of the 65 chevelle on there when i can resize them down a bit. My Monte is not an SS (couldn't afford it at the start), but put on some Dynomax mufflers got rid of the u-bend right before the cat ( stupid bend in the pipe so the O2 sensor can be verticle), fenderwall intake, wires, plugs, and a DHP reprogrammed PCM. It actually was quicker than my buddies SS, but his wasn't the supercharged one...I woulda gotten blown away by one of those. The chevelle is a frame up restoration with a 327 crate engine, 4 speed, ladder bars, a real nice cruiser, black with white leather interior. I'll definitely get some of those on here. So here's a question, when did they make the change from AWD to RWD? I thought it was either 05 or 06. Which do you guys prefer? I know I would want the AWD because of the winters.
