Includes original packaging, headphones w/ new set of foam covers, user guide, software disc, wall adapter and firewire cable (NOT USB) This thing was used pretty much entirely in my red truck w/ the alpine adapter... this leads me to believe that the battery life may not be great b/c its been force charged its entire life. Perfect for someone who doesn't want to spend a hundred on a new ipod video just so they can throw it in their glovebox. It will work with any vehicle adapter as far as I know.
