CaliChevyV8
I'm gettin sick of the ride on my 20's, thinkin about buyin some NBS stock 18's. Anyone have any pics of these on a old body style truck?
kelleyperformance
have you ever ridden in a 4x4 vmax with 18s? i think your just feeling the wonderful torsion bar ride qaulity
CaliChevyV8
The extra sidewall will still help though. Is there anything else I can do??

CaliChevyV8
It's more than just tire pressure.
kelleyperformance
well tire pressure does have alot to do with it.... and that tire is a 55 series sidewall, its not small. yes, the 18s will be different, but not near what your looking for. getting the front end off the jouncers makes a HUGE difference in ride, as well as putting a better shock on. CaliChevyV8
I'm sayin my issue isn't with the pressure though, I've had them from the 30's to the 50's PSI wise. What kind of shocks? And what are jouncers?

And what are jouncers? Bilstein shocks, Hankg42 just had them installed on his SSS and the ride was nicely improved.
2006SilverSS
The Bilstein's are nice, I've had them on for a while now and am pleased with them. I'm not sure what kind of ride quality you are looking for, but you've got to remember that you do own a truck and it will never be real smooth. orion :: SS
^^^ Agreed...try new shocks. I really like my Bilsteins...they are firmer, but the ride is better. Sounds contradictory...but it's better than stock, in every way. - Brian
CaliChevyV8
Well I got those wheels and tires and put them on and its a big difference! I'm happy. My black 20's even though they look much better will be for sale with the Brand New Toyo Proxes.

CaliChevyV8
Some people have said that the NNBS wheels have too much backspacing, here are some side shots. I don't think its bad.
