packjh
I have a rattle at a certain rpm that i cant figure out what is. It only does it under load when going down the road... I cant figure out what it is. Is this common for lt's or is it something i need to research?
Fireman31
Do you still have catalytic converters?

Fireman31
I would bet that there is a loose exhaust heat shield or something along those lines...........
evallejo
make sure that your headers are not up against or contacting anything. One of mine was up against the firewall when I first put them in (I don't know how I missed it when I put it in), and it caused a lot of rattle when shifting into reverse, or during any gear shifts. bobwrench
How does one remove cats and keep rear O2's from throwing code? Problem at hand, also bet there's interference somewhere on exhaust system. Get underneath and feel for any area where you can't fit a finger between pipes and body parts. Also visually inspect for shiney spots (rub marks). Bob
