Holty Posted February 21, 2008 Report Share Posted February 21, 2008 I have a project i'm managing at work and one of the jobs is to come up with 10 topics/questions/answers to general customer service. Most of you know i'm now a manager of a technical support department for proprietary software in the health care industry. I subscribe to a service called skilltrack where myself and all my employees must be customer service trained and certified. I want to see what you guys can come up with for questions (and answers). i think it will be fun to get a variety of questions and answers from people here since we are such a diverse group. so lets here it, what industry are you in and what are some customer service quiz's, questions, answers, etc you deal with and would ask your emp's.
