WRO44
Hey guys I just got my headlights back from getting cleared corners and the fronts got pretty scratched up in shipping. Anyone have any good ideas on how to fill in the scratches....can I just use acrylic wax?? Any suggestions would be appreciated!!
Badkarma
Depends how deep the scratches are. You may be able to get away with just plastic polish. If they are to deep you may have to smooth them by hand, maybe sand and polish in progressivly finer steps. Got any pics of the damage? Fireman31
try plastic polish.....why don't you file a claim with the shipper/shipping company about the damages?
mbarnes
if you have access to a high speed buffer try that but be careful you can burn the lense just lilke paint.
NTMD8R_SS
Use alittle wet sand paper 600 grit whit a block, then whit 2000 grit, and get some compound to take the small scratches left by the sand paper off. Nah...it'll protect the fresh plastic from the elements, AFTER polishing out the scratches.... 3M microcut is a beautiful thing....
