Have Any Of You Had This Problem?

I was searching the site the other day and found the thread below.

Front lip Spoiler Since then I went to a dealer and tried to order the part. The parts guy said nobody has the part in their inventory so it is on back order. He said there is way to get parts on back order faster with the vin # of the vehicle, but since this part is for an 05 Tahoe, my SSS's vin didn't work. Will I have better luck if I use GMPartsDirect? Is there another way around this?

All the dealerships are linked in terms of parts, I believe GM Parts Direct is linked too....if there is a global backorder, you pretty much have to wait it out until the parts are available.........
