bighugejeep Posted March 25, 2008 Report Share Posted March 25, 2008 hey guys, not sure if anyone knows this.... but ill try anyways. anyone know if a SS bumper/ bumper cover will fit on an 04 avalance with no body cladding. and also, does anyone knwo what the difference between an 04 with a bose audio system and an 04 without it, is it just speakers? or is there a hidden amp? or headunit different? any leads would be wonderful! xlr82sxs Posted March 25, 2008 Report Share Posted March 25, 2008 there's a hidden amp in the center console, a different cd player and tweeters in the a pillars.. and the ss bumper cover will fit on your truck if the bumper is the same steel bumper that the silverados have. bighugejeep Posted March 25, 2008 Author Report Share Posted March 25, 2008 alrighty thank you sir! andddd do you know if its the same wiring harness? or is all that stuff different? question being, woudl it be cheaper to buy a new in dash, with speakers and amp ect or go and get all the bose stuff from a totaled truck.
