Flush License Plate On Back!

sup again everyone, I have a question that hopefully yalls can answer. My license plate is hitting the tow hitch making it now flush with the bumper. How the hell do I fix that? do i just remove the tow hitch itself. please let me know i haven't looked under there yet any comments u have will be helpful thx!

thing is, why would it matter what roll pan he's using? Isn't the issue with the tow hitch? Are there different mounting locations for the hitch to compensate for the ss's body cladding or something? just doesn't make sense to me

1) Get yourself an actual SS rollpan (BSER or PufferSS preferably.)

2) Get a hidden hitch. The receiver box is located further back so it will not push the license plate out.
