2003_SuperSport
I was wondering what intake manifold the 2003 ss silverado has. Is it ls1? Would it be worth getting a ls2 or any other manifold than stock? I am getting my heads ported and milled and going with a different cam. 04CHASE
no its known as the truck manifold. car intake manifolds have a lower profile design that requires idler pulley relocation, and waterpump changes. it can be done but expect to pay a nice price . So I am assuming that the truck manifold should be fine.. and since it is a truck manifold it probably flows a bit better then an ls1 that is in the car because of the more torque the truck has. kerpal
no its known as the truck part manifold. car intake manifolds have a lower profile design that requires idler pulley relocation, and waterpump changes. it can be done but expect to pay a nice price . What do you think will be the price range if I installed an intake for a truck?
