RacerJJ Posted May 4, 2008 Report Share Posted May 4, 2008 Well, I've got my tune all dialed in and figured out and everything runs strong with the open TB and OLSD tune but............ When I turn the truck off after about 1 second, it makes this weird purging sound as if some air is bleeding off somewhere. Anyone ever heard off this type of deal or is this something bad? SS_bnoon_SS Posted May 5, 2008 Report Share Posted May 5, 2008 I've gone SD several times and never heard of anything like that, other than compression leaking off after any shutdown. Without an intake tube on there, you're going to hear just about everything the engine does. Nothing to worry about from what you've described.
