BigO3SS
Hi guys, this is a non SS question. So I am working on my 70 cutlass right, and one of my trans lines sprung a leak, well after I fixed it and went to add trans fluid, I accedently pored a little gas down in there This happen because I forgot I used one of the empty trans quarts I had to drain my carb. I didnt pore much before I noticed this stupid crap, mabey a 1/4 of a quart. But what do you guys think, do I have to change my trans fluid now or will it be ok? I cant belive how stupid this is!!!!! Thanks

scooter3
That would be called a do over. Don't risk it for the cost of a few quarts of fluid compared to work on the trans. We have all been there one time or another.
Fireman31
Hey it has happened to the best of us, don't sweat it....I would drain and refill the trans to be safe.
