I just installed 2 thrush glass packs, cheap as hell... and you what, it sounds awesome! I will try and get a vid up in a few days, I think you guys are gonna like this. It sounds very old school muscle and basicly no rasp like I was expecting.

I just installed 2 thrush glass packs on my SS, it sounds bad ass! I had a 2 into 1 flowmaster and I wanted somthing different. Its not raspy at all, very deep and loud ass hell WOT! It was the cheapest and best exhaust mod I have done, $40 bucks for 2 mufflers.

I just removed my flowmaster, when I picked up the truck it was installed on the stock pipes so I am not sure what series it is. It is in very good shape, had a deep mellow sound to it...$50 bucks takes it.

I was thinking about painting my stock wheels. I have new 305s on them now, and it looks much better... has anyone tried painting them yourself, what product and should I do flat or gloss? What about winter, will it hold up? Thanks, pics would be nice too.

I want to install an aftermarket radio in my 03, I was looking for a harness and all I found are ones for 80$!!!! Thats friking crazy! Do you guys know of any cheap harnesses, I dont care about the door chimes or steering wheel controls. Thanks

Hi guys, this is a non SS question. So I am working on my 70 cutlass right, and one of my trans lines sprung a leak, well after I fixed it and went to add trans fluid, I accedently pored a little gas down in there This happen because I forgot I used one of the empty trans quarts I had to drain my carb. I didnt pore much before I noticed this stupid crap, mabey a 1/4 of a quart. But what do you guys think, do I have to change my trans fluid now or will it be ok? I cant belive how stupid this is!!!!! Diggin the paint job and wheels, it should be pretty fast since the C10 is alot lighter then the SSS! Very cool, I would just loose the spare on the side, but very nice! Gold and white is one of my fave color combos

Hey thanks guy! Montanass....I was thinking hotchkis setup also, how well does it corner compared to you truck? I would like to be even around the corners with a 4th gen camaro if not better! When its done like I want, I want to hit road america and rip up some imports LOL! That would be some crazy sh$t to see this thing on your a$$ at a road course! Iam thinking lower it 2 inches, fast steer gear ratio box, and monster sway bars! I could probly get 345/18s on the back without any mods! Scary thinking but hell, thats what its all about. About 4 years, alot of wasted money, and still going LOL. I love it but it shure is alot of work to keep up on. It likes to breakdown alot but when it runs it runs like a bull! I plan on putting some 18s on it and really beefing up the suspension so I could hang corners. I also want to put a 6 speed in! 160 in a muscle car would be bad a$$!!! I was into drag for along time, but I want to make it more of a G machine now. But that will be years down the line, lots of money that I dont have

Thanks guys, it took alot of blood and beer to make it like that felt awsome to take it out a few times, I cant wait for summer! The motor is a olds 455 around 9.1 compression. It has ported edelbrocks, .565 lift solid cam, victor intake with an 850. Full 3" X pipe exhaust with dumps and spitech prostreet muffs! The tranny is a built 400 with a 12 bolt rear and 4.10s. I am looking to get a built 200r4 though because highway driving sucks, and this really is a street car more then a drag car. It went 12.0 @ 111 last year with a bad bog off the line, should go 11.50s easy I just need to get the carb worked out and a better convertor. For a pump gas street car it rips! I smoked my bros bolton LS1 T/A last week by about 5 cars,LOL. Thanks though, I am glad you guys like it. This is why my truck is stock, my wife almost killed me when I told her I wanted headers for the SS
