KissMySilvSS
I dry mine every time I wash it with the Absorber Chamois. You can get them at any Wal-Mart for like $8 or an auto parts store. I never have water spots. http://www.accessconnect.com/the_absorber.htm Edited July 18, 2008 by KissMySilvSS (see edit history)
ebomberger
I usually use vinegar and a microfiber towel, like MR. P said, then I go over the whole ftruck with a quick spray detail.
thomatt12
He's right vinegar would be a cheap option in cleaning and removing the water spots. I also do the same for my ride. -------------------- Autopartswarehouse
Black2003SS
To remove mineral spots, wipe down with straight vineagar & microfiber towell - it dissolves mineral spots. x10 on the distilled vineagar and microfiber. I just learned this technique this summer from a reliable detailer. I must point out though to use only pure distilled vineagar. DO NOT grab the flavored crap, white wine, italian stuff, it will leave residue that will ruin paint. Just hammering that home before someone runs into wifes kitchen and grabs the first thing that says vineagar on it.
SS Silv
FYI, read the sticky written by Holty. This is not an ask a question forum. Dang, I should be a moderator, lol. Detjoe should have known this Edited August 1, 2008 by SS Silv (see edit history)
blackbeast ss
i use polish or 3m hand glaze and they both work really good better than vinegar in my case
