I would think this would be the right way but if you went over the stock one you would have some padding under it. I'am just not sure if the glue would even hold to the stock liner? just looking for some hints as I have the headliner out and blue suede ready to go on. As far as prices for this I seen anyware from 190-400 dollars but really depends who is doing it and what your putting on. I'm tackling it my self and will have less then 100 bucks in too it.
