Virus On The Site

If you have Trend Micro virus scanner, a new update that went out will make the software give a false alert on our forum, thinking their is an advertising trojan. If this is happening to you, you can post here, but there is nothing to worry about. Hopefully Trend Micro fixes this mistake soon.

 

According to the makers of InvisionBoard:

 

It's a false positive. Will see what, if anything, can be done on our side to get Trend to fix the issue.

I've had this happen on my system at work. It's saying it's in my browsers cache file. I cleared the cache and it's been doing ok so far. But I haven't spent to much time on the site since. I got to busy with work. LOL

 

Hope it gets resolved soon. It's nice to know your aware of it and made us all aware of it also.

 

It never pointed a finger to SSS, Just said it was in my cache. (I'm using Opera) I never knew what was causing it until I just read this post.
