I added 05' electric fans to my truck when I had the super charger put on. Everything worked great till the exhaust shop put on the headers about two years ago. I found out that the exhaust shop bent an a/c line I replaced but issues are still there. Here is the problem, when I turn the a/c on the fans don't always come on, witch burns the compressor. But if I try a few times they eventually work like they should. Now today on the way to work it was a little chilly so I fired up the heater and guess what my fans turn on and so does the a/c compressor . I have no idea what is going on here. Any ideas guys?? No it was off, I have had it to the dealer but they have had zero luck with it. They just keep saying its aftermarket and have no idea why the fans come on sometimes and not every time.
