It's an article quoting Seth Petruzelli saying on a radio show Monday that he was paid a bonus to stay on his feet and not take Kimbo to the ground.

There was a story on the web Sunday stateing that EliteXC first went to announcer Frank Shamrock to see if he would fight Kimbo after Ken was out. Frank agreed and even went as far a getting the physical and was ok'd by the FSAC, but then EliteXC backed out and neither them nor CBS wanted Frank to fight him as Kimbo would most likely be submitted in the first round.

Several times the manner in which EliteXC is run has been compared to the WWE for its match making.

I say they are looking for former big names and current nobodys that they think Kimbo should be able to steamroll over. Lets see them get some free agents like Kimo or Don Frye in there if they want him to fight some "has beens". Kimbo isn't near the fighter that his own trainer is. Bas Rutten is awesome and would kill Kimbo and most other current fighters. JMO.

Kimbo is way over rated and doesn't deserve all the hype he gets. The one thing I do like about Kimbo personally is that he is very respectful of the sport and other fighters.

By the way there's also an article saying that Big John McCarthy may be making a return to ref'ing.
