Les Hall Posted October 10, 2008 Report Share Posted October 10, 2008 I wanna keep the stock exhaust pipes,,just gonna go with a dual in & dual out single muffler,,Is there much to gain for paying a little more for the ones with the X-pipe Core??? also thinking about going with some headers later on down the road,,should I loose the Cats when I do? BigCountry Posted November 15, 2008 Report Share Posted November 15, 2008 (edited) Stock tubing is 2.75", I'd go with dual 3"in / dual 3" out since you want dual exits. I'm running dual 3" in / single 4" out Aero STX640. Sounds a lot like the magnaflow, but no drone at all since I ditched the megaphone tip.
