Hints anyone? Regards, Dan Found this in the "Howto" section 4 ya: "i just cycle mine to the oil life display then hold down the arrow button on right side of steering wheel for a few seconds and it resets to 100 percent." 2006SilverSS
According to the manual (and I've done it), Turn the key to the "on" position and pump the accellerator 3 times, you'll see a message of something like "oil life reset". After that turn the ignition off and you should be good to go.

I say put the truck in reverse and drive around until your mileage goes down and the oil life meter will reset it self JK of course

Maybe mine is that way since I don't have the DIC (Driver Information Center) to scroll through all that stuff.

For my 03SSS, I do what was described above by going to the oil life "screen" and holding down the "enter button" on the bottom right of the steering wheel until it resets.
