Merc Dr. Posted November 26, 2008 Report Share Posted November 26, 2008 I was researching all the tuners on this site. Was thinking Zippy or Wheatley. I read that it is better to do in person. I only have bolt ons and a shift kit. Do you guys think wheatley or Zip can do this "mail order" or is in person the best way to go?Does anyone know who is best in the Northern Il. or southern WI? allballz57 Posted November 26, 2008 Report Share Posted November 26, 2008 Zippy comes to my place to do tunes every once in a while when we get enough people,he might come down in the next month if we have a get together.I am in Ottawa,so depending what part of illinois you are in,it should be an hour or less drive.
