chris B
I purchased a set of 2" drop spindles 2" shackles and street perf. shocks but i am thinking i may wan't to go 3" in the back to get it closer to level. do i just get a set of hangers ? the hangers i have seen say they give a 2" drop so i guess that would drop it 4" and i don't think i wan't to drop it that much. any help would be appreciated .. thank chris Edited December 15, 2008 by 1stimeSSguy (see edit history)
brobradh77
what I did was get spindles, shackles, hangers...I installed the spindles and hangers as is and modified the shackles to a 1" drop shackle (we basically just cut off the top hole of a 2" and used the second one)so my truck sits dead nuts level now Edited December 13, 2008 by brobradh77 (see edit history)

No but i am 2Wd and your AWD and it seems the AWD guys have had to shims in the past but not sure. I dont really understand why they have more issues with pinion angle than the 2WD guys. Probably because our drive shaft comes off of the transfer case at differant angle then the 2wd that comes from the trans. has anyone done this in there AWD SS. chris
