Turbocoop Posted December 25, 2008 Report Posted December 25, 2008 thats a pretty cool idea, I dont like how it sounds though Quote
Kody1K Posted December 25, 2008 Report Posted December 25, 2008 (edited) that thing sounds like a beast Edited December 28, 2008 by REAPER (see edit history) Quote
misterp Posted December 25, 2008 Report Posted December 25, 2008 *yawn* My truck can take 'em Guys having a set of cutouts without a converter and shift kit is lame; put a 2800+ converter in it and bangin' into 2nd and it'll not only sound like an animal, it'll run like one too. It's not exactly cool for everyone within 3-blocks to hear that your truck is bone stock. Adding pipe to your cutouts so the bypass also comes out the tailpipe - at WOT this is not much different than running a Corsa catback, and IMO the Corsa sounds a little better. If you're going to run cutouts then do it right and bypass as much of the exhaust as possible. Else save yourself the time and money and install a Corsa Sport. Mr. P. Quote

8hnpSS Posted December 25, 2008 Report Posted December 25, 2008 I'm not a fan. Its loud yes but it doesnt sound that nice Quote
lilmarv1117 Posted December 26, 2008 Report Posted December 26, 2008 not too bad..however doesnt sound much different than a truck with a complete exhaust system with LTs.... Quote
Badkarma Posted December 28, 2008 Report Posted December 28, 2008 kinda pointless. atleast in high HP applications. in that app you would want the cutout and dump pipe as close to the header as possible, assuming you dont have cats getting in the way. Quote
F1SSS Posted December 31, 2008 Report Posted December 31, 2008 is billy boat any good? Top of the line imo. I do like corsa also. Quote
