I have heard that they do but if they did I read where you just drill 2 small holes in the bottom of them and it will take care of it. I haven't done that. The holes let them breath. There is a sticker on them that says NO HID Bulbs. The bulbs are already in the headlights (H1 bulb) and for the turn signals you just use your own bulbs.
