What else will be good to replace while i am at it. i heard somthing about boost valve and accumulator pistons. what should i replace along with the kit. Fireman31 Posted March 17, 2009 Report Share Posted March 17, 2009 You have the shift kit and servos, a set of alluminum accumulator pistons would be a good idea too....a boost valve really isn't necessary unless you are rebuilding the transmission and pump. ajswenson Posted March 18, 2009 Report Share Posted March 18, 2009 The sonnax accumulator pistons will not work with the transgo springs, get the ones made by transgo if you have the transgo kit.
