Doughty08
So about a month ago i installed a 180 amp alternator and my system and did the big 3. I am helping a girl move some things yesterday and the alternater just stops working wth. So i end up draining the battery trying to make it home and end up having to buy a new battery. Anyways i get my old alternator put in and everything is working fine except for my engine temp. guage. If i leave the truck alone after the engine is warmed up and turn the key to acc. it shows to be normal for about 3 seconds then goes back down to 0 after i do that it wont read again until i leave it alone for about 5 mins. Any ideas would help. Thanks

F1SSS
just a wild guess, I am not tech savvy at all. Could the all popular cluster issue cause this? edit-I dont know if its the same sensor chase is talking about, sorry for the reply if I am saying the same thing.
