You need a license to drive, a license to hunt, fish, carry a gun, hell you need a permit to burn leaves in your backyard...yet anyone with a working meat stick and some strong swimmers (in some cases it doesn't have to work thanks to our medical establishment... wtf) can make a baby. So after the baby is made who the hell is going to PARENT the dam thing? People think having kids is a god given right...I believe it's a responsibility just like anything else...it's not a right. Some...wait, most of the people I have met should not breed yet they keep poping out litters of children.
