More than the performance, which I'm sure it performs as equally as a 4L80E would for a quarter mile so it wouldnt most likely give many advantages for a drag strip run, I would rather be interested in the actual survivability of the unit. Black2003SS Posted June 30, 2009 Report Share Posted June 30, 2009 No. This 6 speed is in a 4L80E case. So, yes it bolts up to GENIII engines (like the LQ9).
