Help With The Procharger!

Recommended Posts

So since im in the process of a cam swap i also decide to redo my tubing on the procharger. Now my question is what material do yall use for the new tubing and were can i get it. Maybe somewhere local. Ive even hear of Home Depot or Lowe's. Ive relocated my intercooler which used to be under my truck. Thought it was a stupid idea. Thanks for any help!

Pics of the process .....

There are a couple vendors on eBay that sell imported aluminum tubing bends cheap; search eBay. Going by memory here but CXRacing??? The best guy I've found for silicone couplers & t-bolt clamps is MK3TUNER. Get a variety of bends and cut them up to make the plumbing you need; you can put everything together with silicone couplers but you will be far better off to take all the pre-fit pieces to a shop that can TIG them all together for you, that way ideally you only have 3 or 4 couplers in the whole system and less chance of coupling/clamp failure IMO. If you do decide to TIG some pieces together your fit-up must be exact.

Please post what your change in coolant, transmission, and intake temps are - we regularly do exactly the opposite, relocating the Radix heat exchangers down to behind the front bumper to drop the temps.
