They saw my YouTube videos and offered me a FULL refund on my transmission purchase in return for me removing the negative videos I posted. They apologized for my unfortunate events and made good with me. I say good on them for fixing their wrong. it's just to bad that you had to do what you did for them to own up to there mistakes.. glad everything worked out for you..
