haul@ss Posted October 29, 2009 Report Share Posted October 29, 2009 Like the title says, I'm goin to be in las vegas with my girlfriend from the 30th to November 3rd. We're staying at the stratosphere (girlfriends parents paid for it) which from what I understand is far from everything else. We both just turned 21 this month so we're new to the club thing and don't know which ones to check out. Also, what are some good places to eat at? We want to try something local rather than franchise type. I was told to try out hash house a go go. Anything unique is pretty much what were looking for. We were given tickets to that circus olay thing.. Do you guys suggest checking out any other events or places? Keep in mind we're only therefor a short time so we don't want to spend half a day driving to one destination haha. My girl and I just want to have a good 21 and up first time Vegas experience so all suggestions, recommendations, n tips are welcome! Thanks! Just go out for a walk on the strip and head into any of the many casinos, once your in one you'll find a good club, bar, lounge, or restaurant that will catch your eye. wody Posted October 30, 2009 Report Share Posted October 30, 2009 (edited) yeah the stratosphere is the northern most hotel/casino of the "strip" resorts, so i would not recommend walking. the palms is always a hot spot for the vegas experience you are looking for. like jaymz said, its one thing for your girl to dress scantly clad for you, but vegas has a bunch of visiting pervs who will disregard and disrespect you, and she may get you into more trouble than you want. you'll see what i mean. do not be surprised with the illegals handing out escort "business cards" on the strip.
