Not many people even know what a 2004 VHO is (or even looks like), so let's help Blake get his truck back fellow H.O. 6.0L guys. He is in the military & deployed overseas so that only adds to his frustrations I'm sure. It is a white 2004 Chevy VHO, stolen from the Dallas/Ft.Worth, TX area. misterp Posted November 9, 2009 Report Share Posted November 9, 2009 OK read something from another forum I totally forgot about that Texas guys might like - in Texas they have a program called HEAT (Help End Auto Theft) and you can register your license plate with the authorities and they will pull over your vehicle if it is seen afterhours, i.e. you give the police and state complete right to stop that vehicle without probable cause and do a vehicle ownership/paperwork check.
