Much better chance to get passed. If you bring it to the state inspection station, they're bound to fail you for something. For me, it was tinted windows. Let um run out if possible only got 4 weeks to get a new lisence. as for the tags, I am gonna keep them in Iowa as long as possible, but when i have to change, I am goin to keep the same WHISSLE if its available here. Its kinda landed the name of the truck, so hell yea I am keeping it! Here i go again to the DMV, lets see if i can give them blood or DNA to get this done today!
