superchevything
Rams Piss jk your best bet is to get some interior cleaner or something that kills smells not cover em. Febreeze or Oust should work.
BlueAKSSS
In addition, if you have a garage put it in there with the windows down for a couple days, and clean out the interior really good, wipe everything clean, ect.

idahoBLKss
get a bag of bbq charcoal open it and set in cab over night "dont get match light or any thing that has fuel added to it" just regular charcoal , then i would simple green the motor in every nook and cranny and you should be good. charcoal soaks up odor... slice it down the belly of the bag and expose the charcoal.
