How Not To Drain The Tranny

Ok its cold and i needed to finish removing the tranny. So not thinking i didnt pull the pan to drain it and well you see the results. While i was coming down on the jack it puked out the tail shaft. I sold it for way to cheap 1300 for tranny and verter local.

i don't understand , you got to drain the trans b4 you pull it?? i thought they were sealed.

 

ohh and by the way thanks for not hookin' us fellow members up with a good deal that you gave some stranger!!

When you pull the drive shaft out it isn't sealed anymore.
