The box is covered in medium grey carpet (which is easily changeable). Matched my Denali interior. The box fits 1x 12" speaker that is a JL12w3. I used the sub/box for a year and has been sitting around for about 7 months, figured I should get rid of it. Box new was $375 Speaker new was $250 Selling for $300+shipping I also have Boston Pro series speakers that replace entire stock setup. I'm considering selling them if anyone is REALLY interested.
